Data Quality AnalystJob ResponsibilitiesPerform data analysis, testing and validationDesign and execute test cases to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data based on user andor system requirements. Analyze data from variety of sources, identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies, and developing and implementing processes to improve data quality.Maintain appropriate test documentation. Maintain a strong understanding of business information data sources and business rules. Assist in gathering end user requirements for data, data quality and performance. Work with project managers, product owners and development teams to ensure solutions are delivered in a timely manner in accordance with business expectations. Build strong relationships with business and IT partners. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related discipline3 or more years of related experienceMust have experience in healthcare.Specifically around MDS data.Significant experience writing and editing SQL queriesPower BI experience a plus.Proven experience in capturing and documenting test plans, test cases and test results related to system enhancements, maintenance and new functionality requests. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
