This role supports merchandising leads and collaborates with teams to drive strategies for improved customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Responsibilities include data analysis, project management updates, and supporting site merchandising and campaign initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Front-End Experience & Site Merchandising: Use sales data and fan insights to enhance store merchandising (e.g., product placement, upsell tactics).Enable product discovery through evergreen categories and curated collections.Manage merchandising for channels like Spotify.Campaign & Promotion Strategy: Assist in promotional strategies for new musicmerch and seasonal campaigns.Utilize eCommerce drivers (discounts, free shipping) to boost sales.Develop content (blog posts, videos) to drive traffic and engagement.Customer Acquisition & Retention: Support lead generation and loyalty initiatives (early access, sweepstakes).Collaborate with Audience and Paid Media teams on targeted customer journeys.Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report performance metrics; gather customer feedback to inform improvements.Qualifications:Required:1-2 years in marketing or related fields (internshipscollege experience acceptable).Strong communication, teamwork, tech-savvy, attention to detail, and analytical terest in music, fan culture, and eCommerce.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Preferred:Entertainment industry experience, CRMemail marketing knowledge, UX understanding, online shopping familiarity, project management skills, Shopify, and Photoshop basics.
