Gresham Hunt are delighted to be exclusively supporting an elite, vertically integrated, owner-operator Real Estate Private Equity firm, specializing within multifamily as they search for a Director to join their Asset Management team.This position is to be based in NYC.ResponsibilitiesOversee the management of a portfolio of distressed real estate assetsDevelop and implement comprehensive asset management plans to optimize performance and maximize valueAnalyze financial performance, forecasts and budgets, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsLead the turnaround of distressed assets, including property renovations, leasing, and tenant managementMonitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize operational efficiencyAssess and mitigate risks associated with the asset portfolio, including credit risk, market risk, and operational riskPerform effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative working environmentRequirements7-12 years of experience in Real Estate Multifamily Asset Management, open to an equity or credit asset management backgroundBachelors or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institutionProficiency in using ARGUS, Excel, CoStar, and other relevant software to create financial models and conduct market analysis for distressed assetsTurn around experience... financing, property management, renovations and overall successful track record leveraging portfolio of assetsProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including equity & credit Investments, legal, design, and constructionResiding in or willing to relocate to New York CityTo learn more about this opportunity, please apply here or reach out to the lead recruiter via email: Gresham Hunt, we foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and engaged and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
