Virtual Care Strategist Direct Hire Hybrid in Edison, New Jersey Unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future Our client is a leading health care network headquartered in New Jersey, looking to bring on a Virtual Care Strategist due to growth! The Virtual Care Strategist will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital strategy implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders in various departments (IT, HR, Clinical, etc.) and monitoring telehealth performance & data through dashboards. Responsibilities: Oversee, manage and support various digital projects related to virtual care and telehealth. Gather and analyze telehealth data by developing dashboards using BI tools to track performance. Establish and maintain project plans for digital strategy implementations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for project planning and implementation execution. Assist in improving virtual care patient experience processes. Partner with leadership to create key metrics for monitoring virtual care enhancements and outcomes. Stay up to date with virtual care industry trends and best practices. Create integrated business plans for virtual care product development to enhance the organization's virtual care strategy. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in health system operations, telehealth/telemedicine, or digital health. Strong project management skills. Ability to evaluate patient data on dashboards (power BI) and make pointed suggestions. Strong working knowledge of telehealth processes. Experience building dashboards with BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau)
