Lend-A-Loan Highlights • Top 1% Mortgage Broker in the country • Top UWM partner • Average CTC of 11 days • Licensed in 29 states What you'll get: • Company-provided leads - thousands of fresh leads daily • In-house processing • Custom-built CRM to manage and track clients • Dental, Vision, and Medical Insurance + 401k • Referral Program Responsibilities: • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals Qualifications: • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred, but not required • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, etc. • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $87,500 - $200,000 at plan yearly • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals Compensation: $87,500-$200,000 per year
