We're focused on growing and monetizing the world's most passionate digital audiences by recruiting high performers who know how to go for gold, work with their team, solve problems in real time, and speak up with creative ideas. The League and Federation Business Unit helps our enterprise customers transform how they engage their fans while growing revenue for StellarAlgo. To realize this goal, the Enterprise Account Manager will gain a deep understanding of the accounts they manage. They use their deep knowledge of the sporting industry, our platform, and market dynamics to position how our solutions will help customers realize their strategic goals. They collaborate closely with internal and external partners to build plans and quarterback execution. What You'll Do Deeply understand your assigned account's business models by researching and exploring an ever-expanding group of business, and technical decision makers across the organization. Demonstrate thought leadership and present specialized business plans to customers to generate new non-qualified opportunities and meet forecasted expansion goals. Effectively execute plans by functioning as the Head Coach within StellarAlgo, ensuring the right resources are engaged and aligned to achieve goals. Track account budget and margins - ensuring unit economics meet targets. Actively seek customer feedback, identifying and understanding the drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Create long-term strategies aimed at maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Anticipate issues/risks on customer satisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and establishes a action plans to improve customer's overall experience. Leverage key executive relationships to build trust with the customer organization. Proactively establish agreement on success measures and manages the execution of success measures to prevent the need for recovery plans. What We're Looking For 10 years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Account Management 5+ years selling SaaS solutions to the professional sports industry Experience in managing enterprise key accounts Proven ability to strategize with C-suite customers and a large extended team Who YouAre You possess strengths in relationship development and management, teaming across functions, deal-making and negotiations. As a strong self-starter, you'll work independently to develop new opportunities with the ability to work in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous scale-up environment. No matter the audience, you are very good at presenting. You simplify the complex and command an audience by bringing them along for the journey. You support others to learn, be curious, and ultimately share your passion for StellarAlgo. When challenged with complex questions, you share your deep knowledge of how our solution works and the value it creates.
