Summary This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Flatwork/ Foundations Foreman at Simone Companies in Shelby Township, MI. Key Roles & Qualifications 5-10 years' experience in managing a crew and running a project Proficiency in expediting project timelines Experience with interior concrete slab on grade and/or exterior slab on grade and/or foundations Experience with foundations and cast in place walls Strong organizational and communication skills with crew member/customer/suppliers Strong knowledge of flatwork/foundations Monitor job progress to make sure project is on schedule Work with Superintendent and Project Manager to identify scope of work Willingness to travel within 1.5 hour radius around Southeast Michigan Compensation & Benefits Union Pay and Benefits Company Vehicle Simone Contracting Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer
