Summary: The Controller position: All you do is manage a few spreadsheets and ensure numbers add up and are in the right categories. Easy, right? If only that were the case. Support A/P and A/R functions and perform other accounting tasks, as required. Reporting and submission on sales tax by state. Assist in the preparation of Month Ends and Quarterly closes. Prepare various account reconciliations, including bank. Ensure the integrity of the accounting information by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies. Create and execute ad hoc reporting and analysis, as needed. Must have very good communication and organizational skills. Well-organized with the ability to handle various projects at any time. Proficient in MS Office Suite. 4 To 7 Years In Accounting Role.
