As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. Job Description As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various IT projects for our clients. You'll work closely with senior project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing IT projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely execution. Track project milestones and ensure project deliverables are met. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed. Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and budget management. Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, and reports. Help manage risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place. Support senior project managers in day-to-day tasks and larger strategic initiatives. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an IT environment. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ConnectWise. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and services, including cloud computing, networking, and security. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
