Overview: Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN, we would love to connect with you! Passionate about helping clients with taxation and delivering exceptional customer service. What You Need: Must have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds. Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets security criteria. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. How You Will Lead: Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and manage product/software inquiries. Communicate with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
