What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and empowering them to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills. What You Need: Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required. Dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. How You Will Lead Assist customers with tax completion using Intuit TurboTax products, providing advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers using everyday language. Virtual customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and maintain accurate records of interactions.
