Owner Operator Truck Driver

F2F is currently seeking Owner Operator Truck Drivers to join our team. Our Select Program is designed to offer freedom, independence, and back-office support to owner-operator truck drivers. We offer 80% gross pay, unlimited home time, the ability to negotiate rates, and weekly settlements. We also provide Samsara ELD, personalized maintenance escrow, and back-office support. Partners can choose to drive OTR, regional, or local with free load board options and discounts for truckstop and DAT load boards. General liability coverage, cargo insurance, and fuel card discounts are also included. Our Connect Program offers 75% gross pay for those who want to run their own truck but not book their own freight. Dedicated lanes are available, and we have a dedicated load planner with no forced dispatch. Virtual orientation is available, and we are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Leasing options are also available. We offer awards for clean roadside inspections, driver trainers, and driver advocates for partners. F2F Transport also covers semi-annual DOT inspections. Requirements: Valid CDL Class A or driver's license 24 months of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months or 60 months of historical experience Negative drug test results No DUI convictions or license suspensions in the last 5 years No serious at-fault accidents within the last 2 years Only drivers with sleepers are accepted
