About the position: We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition and Staffing Manager to join our team in the Information Technology and Services Consulting industry. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, building relationships with staffing vendors, and optimizing staffing processes to meet the companys needs and project demands. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for understanding our business and industry needs, creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the interview process, ensuring a seamless hiring process and promoting the Ippon brand in the process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for company culture and connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities. As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for the management of staffing vendors and internal staffing processes. This role will function as a communication and project manager for initiatives surrounding staffing client engagements efficiently. This person will work closely with the consulting and client success teams and will be responsible for facilitating their involvement with the staffing process. Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Build high trust relationships with hiring partners and become an expert on the strategy, objectives, and needs of the teams you work with Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts Develop job descriptions taking into account hiring needs and market research Source and identify qualified candidates through social platforms, online databases, referrals, events, and relevant networks to build a consistent pipeline of candidates Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications in accordance to defined roles Coordinate individual and panel interviews and gather interviewer feedback Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor throughout the hiring process, and representing Ippons culture and brand Apply and leverage metrics to inform decisions and optimize processes Engage our employees to refer candidates Serve as an Ippon ambassador on social platforms by sharing company content and expanding network and presence Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiations Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Stay up to date with industry trends and changes that can affect the recruiting and retention function of the business Full Life-Cycle Recruiting: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across various specializations Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create detailed and compliant job descriptions Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies to maximize job posting outreach and brand awareness Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, etc. Conduct thorough behavior-based interviews, manage candidate assessments, and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs and proactively engage with passive candidates Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and metrics Maintain active LinkedIn presence and network to maximize use of platform for recruiting activities Vendor Management: Identify and select staffing vendors that align with the company's recruitment and staffing needs Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and other recruitment partners Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure alignment with company standards and project requirements Serve as point of contact and liaison between staffing vendors and the business Oversee and optimize staffing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing requests, vendor performance, and staffing metrics Application Tracking System (ATS) Management: Administer and manage Lever ATS to ensure it effectively supports recruitment activities and processes Configure and optimize ATS settings to align with recruitment needs and reporting requirements Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ATS, including candidate information and recruitment metrics Generate and analyze reports from the ATS to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement Provide training and support to internal teams on ATS usage and best practices Collaboration, Communication and Compliance: Work closely with Client Success and Consulting teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and project needs Facilitate communication between internal teams, candidates, and staffing vendors to ensure smooth coordination and successful hiring outcomes Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies Stay abreast of federal and state compliance regulations, and work with the HR Leader to adjust strategies and processes in order to maintain compliance Address and resolve any issues related to recruitment, hiring, or vendor management in a timely manner Competencies we are looking for: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience equivalent 5 years of experience in full-life cycle IT recruiting and staffing, preferably within an IT consulting environment In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including compliance Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends Experience managing relationships with staffing vendors and negotiating contracts Proficiency in managing and optimizing an ATS (preferably Lever) Proficiency in managing and optimizing LinkedIn Strong interviewing and assessment skills Strong analytical and extrapolation skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, independent and results-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications: Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g.,
