Over 3 years of recent experience in preparing federal and state business tax returns Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the tax season Proficiency in using technology and commercial tax preparation software Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and working knowledge of Circular 230 Must reside in the United States and have a dedicated hardwired internet connection
