Sales Trade Marketing Manager Location: New York, New York Type: Contract Job #78644 A client is looking for a Sales Trade Marketing Manager who can successfully develop and execute company B2B and B2C2B marketing programs and activations, inclusive of prominent industry events (i.e., CES, IAB Newfront, Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity), conference sponsorships as well as proprietary programs. Location: New York, NY 10003 (REMOTE) Position: Sales Trade Marketing Manager Pay Rate: $56/hr. on W2 (depends on experience) Duration: 6-7 months Schedule: M-F,8:00 am to 5:00 pm ***This is a Remote position*** JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Global Integrated Event Strategy, we're looking for an Integrated Event Strategy Manager who can successfully develop and execute company B2B and B2C2B marketing programs and activations, inclusive of prominent industry events (i.e., CES, IAB Newfront, Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity), conference sponsorships as well as proprietary programs. They will help effectively plan and execute the overall strategy, across cross-functional marketing (including but not limited to PR, product marketing, digital operations, events/experiential, and sales) aligning back to the overall strategy on how the company's Advertising shows up as a leader in the advertising landscape. The right person for this role should be a highly strategic, creative, collaborative, strong communicator (both in writing and in presenting), with an attention to detail, willingness to roll up their sleeves, and be able to successfully rally people around an idea. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute marketing plans and activations, inclusive of major industry conferences, industry conference sponsorships and thought leadership, and proprietary programs Assist in developing a calendar of marketing experiences aligned with overall business strategy, focusing on an integrated, 360-degree approach across all marketing channels (PR, go-to-market, email, social, etc.) and execute against key business goals and ensure project success Develop communication strategies that advise and update executives and internal partners on marketing strategies and campaigns, program performance, and progress toward metrics Facilitate the development of marketing activation plans, including but not limited to internal emails and other communications; digital marketing extensions (social, email); and executive talking points and speaker briefs Responsible for helping identify speaking opportunities, developing presentation content, prepping speakers, and possible digital marketing extensions to raise key business leaders' profiles Fostering a team culture of constant learning and improvement, bringing strategic marketing and creative initiatives to a smart, innovative, and receptive team QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in B2B, industry relations, and large-scale event or marketing campaign experience in the tech industry Expert at writing strategic briefs and working closely with creative and events teams to ensure work is delivered against the brief Experience in leading large-scale cross-functional teams and managing multiple end-to-end concurrent programs, ensuring seamless execution and driving the highest impact Forward-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving mindset; experience in navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments with the ability to understand and prioritize competing business needs Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization and help bring people together Highly organized, strategic, and creative thinker coupled with a hunger to bring best-in-class marketing initiatives to life Understanding the programmatic advertising industry is a strong bonus About our client: Our client is a subsidiary of an American multinational telecommunications company for its media and online businesses.
