CLE - Assembler Warwick High School Internship

Sechan Electronics in Lititz, PA Lancaster county has several openings for individuals with basic understandings of manufacturing drawings and work instructions along with excellent fine dexterity and use of hand tools - a full training program is provided! Position Summary: Builds final product to print by placing all necessary wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards and other hardware components within a chassis. Position Responsibilities: Manually and precisely assembles components into a final product by following work instructions and blueprints Fit cable harnesses, circuit card, and components into chassis neatly and within tolerance Completes discreet wiring into chassis by soldering and lugging Utilizes correct torqueing tools and applies the correct torque during assembly Obtains and maintains J-Standard certifications Utilizes computer to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software Performs other tasks and duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives Essential Skills and Experience: Must be a Warwick High School Student Ability to read and comprehend work and process instructions, standard measurements, and charts Fine manual dexterity Ability to operate various machines and hand tools Demonstrates high attention to detail Ability to be a team player and work within a small team Enjoys repetitive and routine work US citizens only
