Position Overview: The Operations Manager will oversee various operational aspects, including the organization of install jobs, managing inventory, tracking and documenting purchased goods, and ensuring seamless logistics and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in inventory management, demonstrate a proactive approach, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Service Manager: Coordinate with JoyCan Techs to plan the logistics of nitrogen dosing system installations to meet customer timelines and needs. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, track incoming and outgoing goods/orders, and ensure accurate logging within our system. Logistics and Shipping: Handle all outgoing orders, including parcel preparation, and collaborate with shippers and customers to ensure timely delivery. Customer Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support to customers by addressing operational inquiries and assisting with troubleshooting. Financial Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile inventory levels with financial records and analyze month-over-month inventory variances. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position involving inventory management or logistics coordination. Certification: Forklift Certification required. Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in inventory management software. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, fast learner, proactive problem solver, and able to build positive relationships with both customers and team members. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus.
