Job Description The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales & Account Management - Americas and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across key accounts in the Americas. This role will focus heavily on identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within an existing portfolio of clients, primarily in the financial services sector. With a strong background in financial services, the successful candidate will be adept at expanding product adoption, increasing account value, and positioning TRG Screen as a strategic partner to clients by offering additional solutions that align with their evolving business needs. Responsibilities Focus on existing accounts within the Americas markets to identify and secure cross-sell and upsell opportunities, with the goal of expanding product adoption and increasing overall account value. Collaborate with Customer Success teams to create and execute strategic account plans aimed at maximizing revenue growth and client retention. Conduct in-depth client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the value of additional TRG Screen services, new product features, and enhancements. Work closely with internal teams to tailor TRG Screen's solutions to address specific client needs and support their strategic goals. Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the value and ROI of additional services. Regularly engage with clients to understand their business challenges and offer consultative advice on how TRG Screen solutions can help optimize their workflows and reduce costs. Travel as required within the Americas to meet clients for business reviews, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Finance is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success or a similar role. East Coast candidates preferred, with a focus on the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut), Philadelphia, and Boston. Proven experience in driving cross-sell and upsell efforts, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue growth targets. In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically within the Americas. Excellent negotiation skills, with experience in handling contract renewals and expanding product offerings. Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of tailoring complex solutions to meet specific client needs. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts while identifying new sales opportunities. Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce. Willingness to travel within the Americas as required to support sales efforts and meet with clients.
