We offer a health care FSA or dependent care FSA Dependent Care FSA: Allows you to pay for eligible expenses (example: daycare, parent care) using tax-free dollarsFlexible schedulingPaid time offCompany paid training for career advancementBenefit eligibility dependent on employment statusEligibility based on locationResponsibilities:Review and process requests for new personnel, ensuring all employee files comply with regulatory standards.Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of new employees.Coordinate general orientation for new personnel with department managers to ensure a positive employee experience.Oversee employee performance evaluations, working with department heads to ensure timely and participate in employee retention programs to maintain a positive workplace environment.Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of new employees.Assist Executive Director/and or department managers with team member grievances and/or investigations and counseling as needed.Coordinate with management team annual attendance records and oversee leaves of absence as necessaryMaintain mandatory postings and ensure compliance with labor Relias training compliance and maintain training records for all staff to meet state regulationsCoordinate the approval of timesheets and manage communication with the centralized payroll team.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldMinimum of four years of experience in Human Resources, preference for prior employee relations work experience.Must have strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization skills are requiredKnowledge of state and federal requirements and regulationsCandidate should have a very good working knowledge of FMLA and ADA - as well as familiarity with EEOC, CRA, HIPAA and FLSACurrent SPHR/PHR certification preferredSalary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
