As a Senior Associate, Transformation Financial Analyst at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be at the forefront of our most critical strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. This dynamic role requires a high level of financial acumen, strategic foresight, and leadership capabilities. You will lead the development and execution of complex financial models that evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions. Your insights will directly influence senior management's investment decisions and strategic direction. Additionally, you will help plan and monitor the spend of strategic initiatives and projects, assist initiative owners and project managers in managing their spend, proactively identify issues, and assess the impact on the return on investment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial evaluation of strategic initiatives, employing detailed financial models and cost-benefit analyses. Translate business drivers and strategic decisions into quantifiable financial impacts. Support M&A activities through robust financial analysis, including due diligence and valuation. Develop and refine three-statement financial models from scratch. Create and deliver compelling presentations to senior management. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to critically assess and refine proposed initiatives. Provide detailed and regular financial forecasts, reports, and performance metrics. Help plan and monitor the spend of strategic initiatives and projects. Assist initiative owners and project managers in managing their spend. Proactively identify issues and assess the impact on the return on investment. Mentor junior financial analysts, promoting a culture of analytical excellence. Minimum Qualifications: Four-year college degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, FMVA, CFM/MFM) preferred. Five or more years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong emphasis on strategic initiatives and financial modeling. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex financial information. Proven ability to create detailed, clear, and persuasive presentations for senior and executive management. Proven ability to develop, adjust, and maintain sophisticated three-statement financial models. Proven ability to work collaboratively, fostering a team-oriented environment. WHY CHOOSE BAYADA?
