Job Description: At Regions, the Marketing Content Strategist manages content strategy, development, execution and optimization across multiple audience segments and delivery channels that attracts, engages, builds trust, preferences and loyalty for customers, associates, and prospects. Primary Responsibilities Manages Marketing Programs to support Business Units and/or Products across multiple channels Ensures content and communications align with content and channel strategies and are aimed at growing quality households, growing wallet share, and retaining customer relationships Manages localized customer notifications, such as required communication related to branch closures or notifications Develops new content and optimize existing content Responsible for following Marketing Process to meet Legal, Compliance, and internal audit standards Understands Canned Spam Act; Unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP), and multiple regulations, and developing programs and content that align with these policies and regulations Understands Marketing performance and analytics and adapt messaging and channels, based on performance metrics Serves as partner to Marketing Strategists, Analytics and Campaign Operations Works with Finance, Digital Banking, Legal, and Compliance This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of direct experience in Marketing Or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field and three (3) years of experience in Marketing Preferences Three (3) years of experience in Digital or retail marketing Skills and Competencies Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts Ability to work in a team environment when applicable Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Demonstrated leadership capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Project management skills Strong decision-making skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $72,670.80 USD Median: $89,900.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
