Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing custom Salesforce applications, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to best practices in coding and deployment and possess strong architectural and consulting skills. Key Responsibilities: • Lead technology architectural assessments, strategize roadmaps, and design solutions for Salesforce technologies. • Architect solutions and designs for project execution teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements. • Serve as a team lead on complex projects, managing work streams and intricate project components. • Provide leadership in technology consulting, enterprise solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks. • Drive project activities across the entire lifecycle, from development through maintenance. • Develop software using agile methodologies and define new architectures to drive independent projects. • Foster strong client relationships and participate in practice development activities. • Exhibit excellence in written and oral communication, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of relevant experience working with Salesforce, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead role. • 10+ years of programming experience with Salesforce. • 7+ years in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks. • Experience in agile methodologies and in managing large or complex consulting projects. • Strong relational skills with clients and proven practice development abilities. • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
