The Department of Physical Plant at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Multi-Skilled Locksmith to join their team: Responsibilities: Maintenance, installation, and repair of Locking Systems and equipment Make and duplicate keys When needed, perform repairs and installation of basic Electrical systems; Plumbing systems; H.V.A.C systems; and Carpentry repairs; Painting, Patching and Wall Coverings Education or Equivalent Experience: High School graduate or GED (Required) Minimum of four (4) years of specialized training or a recognized four (4) year apprenticeship course for Locksmiths (Required) Experience in Healthcare facilities (Preferred) Knowledge of Life Safety Codes related to Fire and Safety Doors (Preferred) We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
