Senior IT Program Manager

Position Summary: As a Senior IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for directing and managing complex, large scale programs/projects from start to finish. This includes developing delivery strategies and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the success of programs. You will also be accountable for identifying program KPIs, creating and maintaining project plans, and reporting on program status to senior leadership and stakeholders. In addition, you will collaborate closely with senior management across various departments within the organization. Developing strategies and approaches for complex projects to ensure integration across the organization Managing scope, time, and resources for multi-disciplined project teams Identifying resource requirements for multiple projects Providing program management direction and leadership to project managers and vendors Actively driving resolution of issues and devising contingency plans when necessary Facilitating resolution to complex issues with executive level management Leading discovery activities with business partners to capture requirements Setting and managing project expectations with team members and stakeholders Preparing and delivering effective communications throughout the project lifecycle Managing project planning and budgeting processes Building and maintaining internal and external business relationships Requirements: 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leaders Proven IT program management ability across a large organization Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Experience in Supply Chain programs/projects in a retail environment Experience with implementation of supply chain solutions and software Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
