Senior Electronics Engineer

Description We are looking for a talented Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team at Leidos. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in analyzing complex hardware systems, hardware design, architecture, network design, and other technical hardware issues. You will also be involved in procuring and performing acceptance testing on equipment, providing hardware maintenance support, deploying and implementing hardware at various locations, and preparing specifications for hardware. Primary Responsibilities: Designing complex systems that integrate with other hardware and software components Analyzing hardware specifications and system/subsystem requirements to conceive practical designs for hardware components Providing recommendations for hardware acquisitions and preparing functional requirements and specifications for hardware acquisitions Assessing and documenting current site network configuration and site-unique requirements Training site personnel in the proper use of hardware Conducting site surveys and developing hardware installation schedules Preparing installation guides, field test procedures, and troubleshooting guides Qualifications: Fourteen (14) years' experience as a Hardware Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines or five (5) years of additional hardware engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree Security Clearance requirement: Must possess active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance to be considered for this role Original Posting Date: Pay Range: $122,200.00 - $220,900.00 per year The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
