Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities: Oversee and plan work orders for equipment maintenance and modifications Coordinate maintenance resources and provide recommendations for improvement projects Review equipment operations to identify maintenance issues Analyze and improve maintenance department's performance Engage employees in problem resolution and lean manufacturing techniques Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor maintenance budget Assist in recruitment and training of maintenance personnel Perform other assigned duties Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management 5-7 years of experience in industrial automation and maintenance Management experience and Lean environment knowledge Exceptional leadership and team building skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge Join us and be part of a diverse team dedicated to innovation and sustainability in packaging.
