Speech Language Pathologist - In-Home Therapy

Job Summary: We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide rehabilitation services in patients' homes. The role involves evaluating and treating speech and language disorders, as well as coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders in their homes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Ensure adherence to documentation and billing requirements Participate in patient care and related meetings Provide education and support to patients and their families Coordinate the acquisition and use of adaptive communication devices Requirements: Valid Speech Language Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility for participation as a Clinical Fellow Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
