The Clinical Education Nurse assesses the educational needs of nursing staff, students, and others to plan and deliver orientation and continuing education. They serve as a mentor, monitor clinical competencies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while participating in committees to implement evidence-based care. This role also includes conducting classes, providing individualized instruction, and participating in the development of standards of nursing care practice.
