Beauty Stylist

Job Description: The Beauty Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, providing hair care services, and recommending products and services. This role involves delivering professional services with a focus on the guest's overall look and satisfaction. Additionally, the Beauty Stylist supports the Experience Manager and the Assistant Services Manager by driving sales, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring compliance with operating procedures and standards. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of hair services including hair design, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, and makeup applications Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to overall retail and service sales goals Demonstrate business acumen and stay informed about industry trends, products, and services Develop guest relationships through consultations and retail recommendations Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon and related areas Qualifications: Cosmetology license Previous relevant salon experience preferred Proficiency with salon techniques and products Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
