Perform inspections to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Learn about hearth-related products and services to support sales efforts. Participate in company-paid training and certification programs. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Keep work areas clean and organized. Qualifications Current, valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus. What We Offer Full-time positions with 40+ hours per week and opportunities for overtime. The employee is occasionally required to bend, squat, climb stairs, push, and pull. The employee will occasionally be required to lift and/or move 75+ pounds. Work Environment: This position is conducted in both interior and exterior settings. The ability to withstand prolonged exposure to varied outside temperatures and inclement weather conditions for extended periods of time is required. This position requires employees to work at heights on top of roofs of various stories.Ability o manipulate and safely use all required equipment and PPE.
