Bonuses and Benefits MVHS is offering a sign-on bonus for new and experienced RNs! Registered Nurses with up to 3 years of relevant experience qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Those with 3 or more years of relevant experience qualify for a $20,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid over two years and will scale based on experience and employee status. Pay Range: $33 - $48 hourly. Job Summary Registered Nurses with the Med/Surg team have shift opportunities including days, nights, and weekends for full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions. Responsibilities include promoting and restoring patient's health, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing support to patients, visitors and families, and evaluating patient care quality. The nurse will also provide patient, family, and public education while following MVHS values and procedures.
