The Role: We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the field. We want a driven, detail-oriented professional with the expertise and passion to handle complex cases and provide top-tier representation to our clients. If you're ready to step up your career, this is your opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex family law cases , including divorce, child custody, support, and asset division. Conduct thorough legal research and draft, review, and prepare comprehensive legal documents. Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and mediations, delivering high-quality advocacy. Foster strong relationships with clients , providing compassionate counsel and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Essential Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active New York State Bar membership. *Note: Applicants must be admitted to practice law in New York. A minimum of 6+ years of family law experience, with demonstrated ability to handle high-stakes, emotionally sensitive cases. Compensation and Growth: We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $160,000+ , based on experience. In addition to base salary, there are significant opportunities for bonus earnings through client acquisition and business development.
