Job Description Certification or Licensing Required: Pharmacy; Immunization License and Valid CPR Certification Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Experience Desired: Previous supervisory experience preferred Education Required: Bachelors Degree Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds Travel Required: None Job Responsibilities Perform all the duties of a Pharmacist, including interpreting, filling, and refilling prescriptions, reviewing clinical aspects of prescriptions, and maintaining patient profiles Review and analyze service and business metrics, contributing to action plans for improvement Provide direct supervision, coaching, and feedback to team members Administer immunizations and participate in clinical services Lead and execute all Company initiatives and programs Maintain professional competency and service skills Build professional rapport with outside partners including physicians, nurses, and industry representatives Oversee safe and efficient dispensing of patient orders, adhering to quality assurance policies Model excellent patient care by meeting or exceeding all patient needs Ensure compliance with Company, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations Manage inventories and work with retail team members to maximize efficiency and profitability Supervise, train, and develop staff, ensuring continuous engagement and improvement of department services Maintain a neat and sterile work environment to comply with all government requirements About Us At Giant Eagle Inc., we offer countless career opportunities for diverse and talented Team Members.
