Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Our company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, recommending products, and resolving any concerns, all while meeting sales goals. This position is based at Store #3924, located at: 1201 Franklin St NE, Washington, DC 20017. Job Duties: Deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance Build trust and relationships with customers Accurately process sales transactions Maintain inventory and store appearance Respond to customer inquiries and concerns Assist with product preparation and delivery Minimum Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the country of employment Fluent in English and Spanish Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Willing to work flexible hours Preferred Qualifications: Valid Driver's License High School diploma or GED Previous customer service or retail experience Experience with paint products and equipment
