The Channel Marketing Specialist II will support Cox Business's marketing efforts by developing and enhancing reporting capabilities, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights to drive new customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Manager for New Customer Acquisition and the Senior Manager for Cross-sell and Upsell, this role partners with cross-functional teams, including CSBI (Customer Service Business Intelligence), marketing analytics, pricing, and sales, to generate data-driven recommendations that optimize business and marketing campaign performance. What You'll Do Collaborate with CSBI to build and refine reporting on new customer acquisition and current customer cross-sell/upsell, focusing on key KPIs to assess and improve business outcomes. Conduct ongoing analysis, identify variances, and develop insights to provide actionable recommendations that enhance customer acquisition cross-sell/upsell efforts. Track and evaluate the performance of sales channels, particularly inside sales and digital channels, for new and current customers. Perform detailed analyses to uncover performance gaps, detect trends, and present insights for improvement in channel strategies. Oversee tracking of critical performance metrics, including web visits, quality visits, sales calls, marketing-related calls, and sales chats. Conduct regular analyses of these metrics, identifying variances and offering insights that support real-time adjustments and strategic improvements. Review reporting for 1:1 marketing and digital media tactics, conducting comprehensive analyses to reveal variances and provide insights that inform and enhance campaign performance. Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to adapt campaign strategies based on findings to increase marketing effectiveness. Partner with CSBI, marketing analytics, pricing, and sales teams to access necessary data, create detailed reporting, and extract critical insights that inform decision-making. Act as a liaison with various teams to ensure data alignment and maintain consistent reporting processes, enhancing the accessibility and accuracy of performance metrics. Who You Are Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 year's experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field. 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to apply statistical and analytical techniques to drive business insights. Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and adapt to shifting demands. Preferred Experience working in telecommunications or business technology services. Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools. USD 70,700.00 - 106,100.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
