Job Description We seek a creative and skilled email marketer to join our marketing team at K12. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to leverage email marketing to engage customers, drive conversions, and nurture relationships. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on management and strategic support of email marketing campaigns from creation to analysis. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure all email deliverables are executed flawlessly and delivered to market on schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Campaign Development: Shape and execute email marketing campaigns to support specific business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. * Segmentation and Targeting: Manage and support customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, targeted messages across diverse customer segments.. * Email Design: Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing, engaging, and on-brand email templates. * A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, CTAs, design, and content for performance improvement. * Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. * Deliverability Reputation: Monitor, strategize and resolve any deliverability challenges across multiple IP and sending domains. * Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other functions to ensure email efforts align with broader marketing initiatives and cross-collaborative work is prioritized and executed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role. * Proven experience with email marketing platforms (SFMC, InboxMonster, Movable Ink) * Strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Detail-oriented with strong project management skills. * Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is highly desirable. Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $57,519.75 to $121,792.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.
