Registered Nurse - Shep 3 North

Unit Description: Be a part of something new! The University of Vermont Medical Center is opening a long term, alternative care unit in March of 2024. Shep 3 North has 18-20 long-term care patients that are awaiting placement. Patients on this unit will have a variety of different diagnoses. The environment of the unit is consistent with that of a long-term care facility. Candidates must have strong communication and leadership skills. Charge nurse experience strongly preferred as there will be oversight of LPNs and LNAs on unit. Long term care experience preferred. On-call: Not requiredIncentives: $10K RN Sign-On Bonus
