Job Title: Mid-Level Real Estate AssociateLocation: Lower Manhattan, NYSalary: $260,000 - $365,000A Top 40 AM law firm with over 75 years of history, having a global presence, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its prestigious Real Estate Practice in their Manhattan office. This firm is known for representing the world's most sophisticated clients across diverse industries, including top-tier financial institutions, multinational corporations, and governments. With offices in all major economic areas, the firm provides cutting-edge legal services on the most complex and high-profile matters.This position will be joining a team of 17 Attorneys, ranging from Associates to Partners, reporting into their highly accomplished Managing Partner.Responsibilities:Negotiation of joint ventures to acquire, finance, and develop office, retail, hotel, multifamily, and mixed-use propertiesRegular advising on both borrowers and lenders in mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions (including both securitized loans, balance sheet loans, bridge loans, and construction loans) Representing lenders and borrowers in the workout of financing structures, including mezzanine loan foreclosures.Handle complex, multi-party financing transactions and equity investments.Qualifications:J.D.
