Location: Onsite in Whippany, NJHours: Sunday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm ESTOnward Search has a client looking for Maintenance Technician for a 5 month contract with the potential to extend.Top Skills Needed:- Someone dependable- Knows how to use a hammer and screwdriver- Mechanically inclined- Looking for career longevity on resumes- Light maintenance work- Painting- Light plumbing- Light sheetrock workJob Description:-Provide timely response to various requests generated by our users; daily set-uptake-down of audiovisual andor furniture-Dispatch Desk including setting up of conferenceMeeting rooms for meetings or events (i.e. audiovisual equipment, furniture and equipment), policing of outside grounds and general upkeep,cleaning and maintenance of building, grounds and general facility equipment.-Repairs and preventive maintenance on all electrical, mechanical, materialhandling, warewash and general facility equipment.-Necessary to support the daily demand for meetings; and the upkeep, cleaning and maintenance of building and grounds.-Assist with repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, MHE, warewash and general facilityequipment.-Maintain a safe attitude at work and behave in a safe manner to prevent accidents and injuries.-Response to, and completion of, all applicable Facilities Service requests through the Facilities
