Senior Financial Analyst

CompanyHealthcare company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team and manage mainly traditional FP&A responsibilities. We are looking for a polished professional who is excited to be in a challenging environment and can collaborate successfully with other teams from around the country.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze historical and current financial data and performance trends for the organization.Prepare financial reports, conduct ad hoc analysis, develop financial models, and create projections based on company financials.Evaluate and forecast weekly cash flow for the organization.Assist in consolidating monthly financial reporting packages for leadership.Help maintain and optimize financial reporting systems, ensuring the accuracy of dimensions, attributes, and workforce data.Collaborate with department leaders and finance team members to review and update financial forecasts.RequirementsBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or similar analytical roles.Proven ability to gather, manipulate, and analyze data to create reports and tools that support organizational goals.Preferred experience in healthcare financial management.Highly organized and collaborative.Ability to understand, implement, and monitor internally developed tools.
