Construction Superintendent

AP Dodson, a successful and well-established home builder, is seeking a Superintendent who has remodel experience and can manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate has previous experience in residential construction and is an organized, motivated, and energetic professional.RESPONSIBILITIESAccurately prepare bids and quotes for remodel projectsSchedule residential remodel construction projects steps and budget time required to achieve deadlines.Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking municate with administrative staff, subcontractors, and the owner on details and status of project.Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with construction of the new projects including scheduling of sub-contractors and supply spect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, construction plans, andor other regulations.Determine appropriate construction methods by studying job specifications.Oversee subcontractors who complete specific pieces of the municate with personnel, owners, sub-contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures or construction problems.REQUIREMENTS:A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Residential ConstructionPrevious project management or superintendent experience with remodels preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to problem solveExcellent communication skillsProfessional with a positive attitudeStrong computer skills
