As part of the Human Resources department, the Manager of HR Analytics is responsible for development and execution of our reporting and analytics roadmap in partnership with business and HR leadership, driving the evolution of HR metrics to deliver greater value to the company by enabling insights into our workforce trends. The successful candidate will manage a team of analysts to provide accurate and timely reporting solutions, strategic analysis of workforce data, and consultative insights, which drive informed and timely business decisions. This role needs to be able to flex between strategic vision, analytic expertise and operational management. Uses both structured and unstructured data to develop presentations, reports, and insights on information such as KPIs, employee program trends, and other HR performance metrics. Provides in depth analysis with the ability to structure problems, synthesize findings, and recommend solutions. This position will work closely with all levels of management and HR centers of excellence team members, with responsibility for collaborating with cross functional business units to ensure effectiveness of projects and initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage the analytics and reporting function for the Human Resource department. 2. Oversee development, deployment, and continuous improvement of automated tools and dashboards, leveraging data from a variety of sources to analyze and report on HR performance metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders. 3. Methodically analyze large data sets to distill insights from data and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using creative, structured and analytical thinking. 4. Streamline and simplify data asks to relevant business drivers and execute robust reporting capabilities that tie to strategic priorities, decision making, and direction. 5. Manage cross functional teams to complete initiatives in a timely and efficient manner. 6. Provide strategic direction and establish clear roles, responsibilities, and developmental opportunities for HR Analytics team. Develop team on use of analytical tools and techniques to ensure standard approach and accuracy of analysis and reporting. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Broad knowledge of such fields as human resources, accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 7 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
