Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is a public health leader with history and expertise in creating and sustaining healthier communities. PHMC seeks a Recruitment Manager to play a pivotal role in staffing a respected organization that provides vital services in and around Philadelphia! In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Partner with hiring managers, organization leaders, and HR business partners to seek out, assess, attract, and hire the best talent - both internally and externally - for both exempt and non-exempt positions. Build solid relationships with key stakeholders, positioning self as a trusted advisor and recruitment subject matter expert. Lead the team of recruiters in executing responsibilities and in compiling/using key metrics to drive continuous improvement and better support the function. Develop external candidate sourcing methodologies including partnering with community agencies, search firm liaison activities, internet tools utilization, social media, and networking. The right candidate will also be skilled in sourcing talent directly and in hosting/attending hiring events. Manage complex offers and situations using discretion and solid judgement in collaboration with the compensation team and hiring managers. Focus on process improvement and independently source solutions. Administer staffing-related policies and procedures and PHMC's diversity recruitment emphasis, playing an active role in these initiatives and other projects and events. Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants from the selection phase through onboarding. Cultivate positive candidate experiences, managing candidate communities, and maintaining relationships with candidates who are not selected for immediate roles, but remain good prospects for future consideration. Draft related SOPs. Other projects/tasks, as needed. To be successful in this role, we seek the following: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive related experience within recruitment/talent acquisition. Preferred experience in public health services or similar fields. Advanced client facing and communication skills. High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred. Outcome driven management and accountability with competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications PHMC offers highly competitive compensation that includes a generous benefits package.
