Interpret and annotate GA diagrams, P&IDs, and detailed manufacturing drawings according to required standards. Comprehend the mechanical hardware specifications and Functional Design Specifications for client projects. Utilize project documentation such as Traceability Matrices, Engineering Design Calculations, Bills of Materials, Test and Validation Protocols, and Operating, Maintenance, and Safety Manuals during equipment and system assembly and testing. Develop troubleshooting skills for complex process systems, including fans, pumps, control valves, instrumentation, electrical systems, and PLC-controlled systems with HMIs. Provide assembly support for process equipment at the factory, maintaining high-quality standards and handling unscheduled maintenance visits.
