People | Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperity Role and Responsibilities The Senior Manager, HR Strategy will report directly to the Director, Strategy & Analytics and work closely with the SVP, Human Resources. This person will interface extensively across the People Leadership Team, helping to drive HR Strategy across each core vertical of HR to ensure our vision and objectives align with the goals, KPIs, and initiatives of the business. Collaborates with HR leadership to develop, implement, and support HR strategies, goals, and initiatives to align with enterprise-wide objectives. Analyzes current HR metrics, processes, and trends to identify and prioritize areas for improvement. Assists in the directive and/or development of annual HR plans, management to plan and budgets. Through HR COE partners, drives change across the organization related to the HR Strategy, programs, and processes to support the implementation of HR initiatives. Brings external best practices to HR strategy. Supports People Leadership Team in identifying, setting, and executing against goals, KPIs, and MBO targets semi-annually. Provides cohesion and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of HR strategies across the organization. Skills and Qualifications Required Skills & Experience A minimum of 8-10 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or 6-8 years and a Master's degree. Prior experience navigating fast-paced and growth organizations and high-performance-driven environments. Ability to develop and execute a strategic future-state vision based on the understanding of the current state, and a roadmap for bridging the two. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information concisely into strategic recommendations. Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels within the business and align internal and external stakeholders toward objectives. Ability to translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives. High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Solid written and verbal communication skills. This role requires being in office Monday through Thursday. Supervisory Responsibility This position will have supervisory responsibilities. Travel Approximately 5-10% travel as required.
