Kindthread is looking for someone to build out and centralize all recruiting efforts within the organization. This role will work across all teams and functions to understand various business needs, current processes and develop/build processes and systems for future scale and growth. We're looking for someone who will take a consultative approach, who's had experience at an agency as well as building or helping to build out a recruitment function. We're seeking an experienced and energetic person to partner with and provide support to our ever-evolving team. Ideally, you will have a keen interest in, knowledge of, and experience with providing HR and Recruiting support in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Yes, we're looking for someone with superhuman powers and a "no job too big; no job too small" mentality. You've got to take talent seriously and be as gracious as you are aggressive to ensure we hire and retain the best folks across our organization. What you'll do: Build and maintain/manage Kindthread's full cycle recruiting process. Manage the full-cycle candidate selection process including scheduling interviews, soliciting feedback from hiring managers and candidates, and preparing and extending offers. Set up processes and partner with leadership for the retail portion of the business. Oversee employee branding and careers strategy (e.g. LinkedIn presence). Update job descriptions and job specifications. Who you are: Adaptable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities. Skilled in execution, planning, communication, and team collaboration. Willing to learn about the variety of roles within a company. Possess strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork, and leadership skills. Self-motivated team player capable of working quickly and efficiently with little supervision (you won't be micromanaged). Great at problem solving. Education and Experience: Experience in recruiting in a corporate environment as well as within retail. Project management/change management skills. Work experience as a recruiter, ideally in-house and within a staffing agency. Familiarity with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). A degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent is highly preferred. Experience in managing full life cycle recruitment processes.
