My client, a leading family-owned construction firm specializing in water, wastewater, and sewer projects, is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead their ground-up projects. Description The Superintendent key responsibilites: Oversee on-site construction for civil and utility projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Manage teams of subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards. Coordinate with the General Superintendent and project teams to ensure project goals are met. Use project management software, including Procore, B2W, and Vista, to track progress and handle logistics. Profile The successful Superintendent: 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent, ideally with civil, utility, or water/wastewater project experience. Ground-up construction experience is required; civil project experience is preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large, complex projects. Must be willing to travel across the South Shore for project assignments. Job Offer What's on Offer: Competitive Salary : Up to $150,000 based on experience.
