The Quality Manager, Manufacturing, will oversee the quality control program to ensure continuous production and compliance with established standards while collaborating with Operations and Engineering on all product certifications and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to drive process improvements, facilitate audits, and reduce costs and complexity within the certification portfolio. Description The Quality Manager (Industrial) will: Manage and maintain ISO 9001/17025 certified Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with regulations like ROHS, REACH, SCIP, and CA Prop 65. Drive continuous improvement in NCMR, CAPA, KPIs, and stage gate processes. Oversee internal, 3rd party, and customer audits; maintain controlled document lists. Supervise a team of 3-5 and manage employee training and development. Streamline product approval processes and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Create, maintain, and improve quality system documents and records. Spend roughly half the day on the manufacturing and production floor Profile Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field. 5-7 years in a quality role within manufacturing, with customer-facing experience. Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams - experience as a Quality Manager is a plus Experience managing QMS and driving process improvements. Comfortable spending most of the day on the production floor. Experience leading CAPAs and resolving quality issues. Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
