Industrial Engineer

Job Description: Industrial Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer with a strong experience in manufacturing and process improvement. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment. This role requires advanced knowledge of business operations, production planning, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is essential. Responsibilities Plan and control factory and line layouts, including line configuration for optimal production output and efficiency. Analyze and improve material process flow, implement line balancing, and conduct capacity analysis. Evaluate labor costs and perform cost analysis. Lead multiple projects and support engineers with product launches. Identify and implement continual improvement activities for existing production processes. Generate and maintain procedures, work instructions, and forms. Perform ISO audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Essential Skills Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment. Advanced knowledge of business operations including production planning, scheduling, MRP, ATP, and capacity planning. Thorough understanding of Product Data Management and its impact on Supply Chain Management. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and compliance requirements. Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency with SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills, including training and presentation abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Exposure to Pro-Engineer and other solid modeling applications. Experience with generating and maintaining procedures, work instructions, and forms. Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts such as factory layout, line balancing, workflow analysis, capacity analysis, employee training, 5S, and cost analysis.
