They obtained verdicts and settlements totaling more than $140,000,000 for our clients including some record-breaking settlements and verdicts in the State of California.With over 30 years of experience, they have obtained outstanding results for their clients in all types of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases such as motor vehicle; plane and train accidents; construction accidents; gas and electric accidents and product liability cases.Why join us?Work Fully Remote!!!401KPTOMedicalDentalVisionFSAJob DetailsABILITY ToWork independently on an active litigation caseload of approximately 30 cases.Propound and respond to written discovery.Draft and respond to pleadings and pre-trial motions, including demurrers, Motions to Quash, Oppositions to Motions for Summary Judgement, Motions to Compel, etc.Take and defend depositions.Second chair trials and arbitrations.Work effectively in a remote work environment.REQUIRED SkillsClear communication skills, including ability to listen and pro-actively address issues.Ability to prioritize litigation workload and flexibility in managing time.Strong interpersonal skills, including a sense of humor.Excellent written and organizational skills.PREFFERRED Skills2 to 5 years' litigation experience, preferably experience as plaintiff-side litigation attorneyExperience taking and defending depositions, regular court appearances, arguing motionsJD and California Bar License terested in hearing more?
